By accessing the zk999 platform at zk999.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published by zk999 from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zk999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the zk999 platform and close your account.

Your continued use of the zk999 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.

To register an account and use the zk999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity).

zk999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by zk999 may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the zk999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. zk999 employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations using device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method matching and identity document cross-referencing.

Upon detection of duplicate accounts, zk999 reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend all accounts associated with the same individual;
• Void any pending bets or wagers placed from the duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit any bonus funds or wagering progress accumulated across the duplicate accounts;
• Retain deposited funds pending an investigation and, where fraud is established, transfer those funds to a responsible gaming fund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zk999 account credentials including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. zk999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All financial transactions on the zk999 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zk999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200, minimum withdrawal Rs 500
• EasyPaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200, minimum withdrawal Rs 500
• HBL Bank Transfer — minimum deposit Rs 500, minimum withdrawal Rs 1,000
• UBL Bank Transfer — minimum deposit Rs 500, minimum withdrawal Rs 1,000
• Meezan Bank Transfer — minimum deposit Rs 500, minimum withdrawal Rs 1,000

Deposits are typically credited to your zk999 account within a few seconds to a maximum of 15 minutes depending on the payment method and network conditions. zk999 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC verification check prior to processing. Fully verified accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within 15 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1 to 4 business hours for bank transfers. zk999 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00 PM PKT.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined. Any withdrawal request suspected of being associated with money laundering or financial fraud will be escalated for investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

zk999 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier such as 20x or 30x) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games on zk999 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates for each game category are listed in the bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses issued by zk999 expire within a specified timeframe from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion. Attempting to claim overlapping bonuses will result in the newer bonus being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: zk999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where evidence of systematic bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using matched or hedged bets across multiple platforms to guarantee bonus outcomes, or exploiting technical errors in the platform.

All games and betting markets available on the zk999 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each respective game or market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an individual game's rules, the individual game rules will prevail in respect of that specific game.

zk999 uses certified random number generator (RNG) software for all virtual casino games. The outcome of each game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by any prior results, player actions outside normal gameplay, or zk999 personnel.

For sports betting markets including cricket, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or declared void by the governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant market rules published on the zk999 platform.

zk999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after the official start of an event due to a technical error in the feed, or where a bet was accepted at an incorrect price due to a system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game and market are displayed within the game interface. zk999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zk999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent termination, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin slots or interact with any part of the platform in a non-human manner;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table or live casino game;
• Attempting to exploit any bug, error, glitch or vulnerability in the zk999 platform or any of its games;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any subsequent communication with zk999;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime;
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been successfully deposited and used for wagering;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing zk999 customer support staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account or any internal zk999 system;
• Registering an account if you have previously been self-excluded from zk999 or if your account has been terminated for a breach of these Terms.

We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling may cease to be recreational and may develop into a harmful pattern of behaviour. • Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or game component;
• Use any zk999 trademark, logo or brand asset for any commercial purpose;
• Create derivative works based on any zk999 content.

Any unauthorised use of zk999 intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate account termination.

The zk999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk999 makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

zk999 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary unavailability or technical interruption of the platform due to maintenance, system upgrades or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Errors in odds display due to a data feed malfunction, provided that bets placed at erroneous odds are voided and stakes returned;
• Losses arising from your own wagering decisions, strategy or risk-taking on the platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Loss of data, profits or business opportunity arising from use or inability to use the platform.

In any event where zk999 is found liable to you, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of the deposit that directly gave rise to the claim.

zk999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment reversal from your bank or wallet provider;
• Identification of the account holder as an individual under 21 years of age;
• Detection of duplicate account creation;
• A court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement instruction requiring the account to be suspended or closed.

Upon termination of your account for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where the termination is initiated by zk999 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the zk999 platform — including game outcomes, payment processing, account decisions or bonus settlements — you should first contact the zk999 customer support team. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
